Boxing / Kick Boxing

Our striking program is based on a combination of Thai Boxing and Boxing. MMA Striking is suitable for any age and fitness level. As a beginner and throughout the program you will achieve improved cardiovascular endurance, strength and muscle gain, improved flexibility, speed and agility. Thai boxing is Know as ‘The Art of Eight Limbs’ and is recognised globally a the most effective striking discipline.

It is a blend of kicks, knees and elbow strikes. Boxing is known as ‘The Sweet Science’. Boxing teaches footwork, head movement, punching combinations and lays the foundations of striking. If you’re looking for a killer workout, improved confidence and essential skills of self-defence, movement, balance and awareness, then MMA striking is for you.
